All the sunk costs here in a company at the cutting edge of smart energy storage/distribution infrastructure as 5G deployment gets under way. An the massive revenue they had, China partners (China tech trade war??) and the stuff you mentioned.

Huge waist and a bigger loss if they walk away and kill it.

And the deliberate endless 1 cent paint jobs for weeks at the bid to drive the bid down and draw down the ask into a trap.

Patents, know how, on and on. I heard they had a 10 year million dollar a year power purchase plan that drops a Mil dollars a year into the company?

Market cap is what now? $500,000???

Way too much invested by too many folks for them to kill it or let one thief in the night run off with it. It started life as an Exxon battery tech spin off, Flow through Zinc Bromide battery Grid power storage tech, similar to what I was experimenting with in 1981.

And then the went into the whole package deals selling power purchase plans and their systems with Solar attached with the latest high speed switch tech. Somebody was pumping 10 Million dollars a year into it. You do not do that for a fly by night operation or tech.
