From the 10Q, the segments are:

Iota Networks, formerly known as M2M (e.g. Network Hosting & Application Sales)

ICS or Iota Commercial Solutions (e.g. solar services)

Iota Communications (the parent company), formerly known as Solbright (e.g. software licensing)

Per the 2019 shareholder update released in January, "Iota Commercial Solutions will be a prime focus in 2019"

Why? Because Iota Networks still needs 1-2 years to build out their network.
