Go back and read the 04/04 news and read it in full. They mentioned the RS in the merger LOI news in combination. There would not be a RS unless they go through with the merger and they could back off that because the PPS has risen significantly since that news hit. No one knows and we will all have to wait for news to see their plans. It might be a good thing as long as the SS does not change on any split ahead.

Reverse split coming.
