I don't know the float and I don't know that good news is coming. I know nothing other than I own 3.2 million shares of this shell and I am going down with the ship!!!
to more directly answer your question the best guess that I have heard is that the float is 3.6 million + some paper certs that were recently put back into circulation.
I think the float is going to end up being somewhere between 3.6 and 7 million.
