Pretty slow day. I'm not sure the broader markets will have any significant affect here. Looking for this to break out of the top of this range. 2.50-3.50 range since January. The Colorado HB19-1090 bill passed the House and Senate on April 27th. The governor is expected to sign within a week or two. Should bump this past resistance.
