the problem is that the guys running this shell are unscrupulous. the balance sheet is questionable, and nobody knows why the cost of revenues is as much as the revenues. looks like money laundering to me. you don't have a google number for a business that is doing $8m a year. no way. i should call the irs and report the company, because they could work with the sec to find out what the real deal is with those revenues. audits would force them to prove the revenues are real.
