Excellent post! Agree 100%. Every day we don't hear from Johan is just one more day he hasn't acted on "calling the note". I think everyone here already knows he didn't buy these aircraft for the hell of it & Johan Claason sure isn't going anywhere.

The note being refinanced would require an 8k. The security agreement being executed would not be news since it’s been known for the past year.

No 8k on the note is bad news
