Yes it is. Following the same pattern its been doing for the past six months. Go up... then go down. Go up some more .. then go down again, but not as far down. Rinse and repeat.

Notice that the longer term perspective (longer than your one month example) shows the stock still climbing, regardless of the short plays. Follow the dotted gold colored slash line UP for the past six months in this 'worthless' stock. Even with nothing happening, it rises.
