Correct PIOE does not operate any of RCP's funds.

PIOE records the management fees (presumably from RCP's funds) as income on PIOE's consolidated balance sheet.

So I presume you would allow me to call that "PIOE's income"? If not, please tell me more directly what you are trying to say. tia
