We also know that KGKG is a complete machine right now with the best distribution network in the Hemp-CBD public space as they have already done the legwork and identified those distributors who are most excited about selling CBD Beverages to stores

In turn, KGKG’s distributors have identified those stores that are most excited about selling CBD Beverages to customers

So I think the key for VATE will be to utilize KGKG’s distribution network
