Can RCPI file a change of status from 7 to 11 and reorganize? The big question is can they keep the share that are issued to them now or will they be deleted and reissued? My reference was about RCPI not XNNHQ sorry about the confusion.
You're absolutely right --- RCPIQ will become another Clean "Q" Shell and will be acquired through Custodianship-Taking-Over just like its CH7-"Q" peer did most recently!
However I'm just wondering after RCPIDQ created a New 52-week high 0.0019 why the price still crashed to 0.0005 again with near 1M shares of dumping at 0.0005? Who dumped millions shares at 0.0005 ~ 0.0009? Why? Why those 0.000x sellers did not sell those shares at 0.0019 ~ 0.0010 to get much much higher proceeds?
