An audited OTC-QB Nigerian scam, hmmm...

Unless something has changed in the last year or 2... I mean, they at least for now still have their OTC-QB status... Despite being under $0.01/share since the end of February, 2019...

They last renewed their OTC-QB certification December 13th, 2018... Wonder if they will renew it again sometime around December, 2019...

To remain OTC-QB though, they have to be audited regularly - and though sometimes blemishes can still get past an audit, I am fairly certain this isn't a Nigerian scam...

And then there is the fact they are penny stock exempt... for a reason... Per their OTC Markets profile:
