They pick the day they want to convert. They get a window of 10-20 days, as the note says, and use the avg price of the 3 lowest trading days. They all choose together, work in tandem. So they drive it down 2 so and so, knowing they can use the windows 2 hit that low price.. Add the discount in and BOOM, convert. I never said they tag a price dude...

AND WAIT!! THERES MORE! lol from Scream, the movie.. Anyways, I qouted the 2 recent new notes from the filing. It shows convertible after 180 days starting Feb 15th. 3 months from Feb 15th is MAY 15th! Of course you can use the excuse of February having 28 days, but I will counter with March having 31!
