Maybe in the long term and after a R/S. With 400MM shares outstanding I cant see it getting anywhere near $5. Keep in mind there's still the 12MM that still needs to be secured. (and negotiated) Of course FOMO will play a factor but I just don't see the market value of GBI(at this point) to reach 400M+.
