No, it is far far FAR too late for that. The assets are long gone, and there is no longer any employees or Board of Directors. There is absolutely nothing left to reorganize, and no one to request it. Not that it really was ever a possibility - the debt load is crushing, which is why they went Chapter 7 right off the bat.
That ship sailed years ago. The Chapter 7 is, at this point, fait accompli. The company will be wound up, and the common stock will be cancelled at the conclusion of the bankruptcy.
