I just got out of a meeting. Thinking if it gets back in the .30's again I'll take another chunk. This is excellent news even if we're not starting the U.S. till next year. Ground level opportunity now imo. Don't think we'll be down here much longer and as we get closer to 2nd half 2019, I think we'll see plenty more action here taking this back over the $. Those funds will take advantage imo.

I agree. It may take a day or two before any institutions commit large blocks of cash to start accumulating.
