Looking at their Kickstarter page. Money was solicited for issue #2 (and fully funded), Feb. 22, 2019. The comment section suggests the comic is still "in production".

Thank you Noah for the offer. We should have backer kit up next week. The second issue is in production as we speak. All the remaining Kickstarters from issue 1 should be going out in the next two weeks. Our cgc books are done and are being shipped next week to us as well.
