Based solely on point #4,,, We have no business trading under a couple bucks a share,,, Absolutely no excuse for it, NONE.

Seems like Omega filed the protest on the last day they could, Friday the 26th, given Friday the 19th was a holiday (5 business days after award notification).
If that is the case, we’re on business day 6 of a 15 business day turnaround for a decision per the SBA website.
Doesn’t TMPS have less than 10 employees by now (not sure how many contractors) and given their contract terminations over the last 12 months+ (i.e the Patriot Group termination, filed 3/2/18, representing 34.6% of annual revenues) TMPS’ revenues have to be no more than $8-$9m for 2018...MAX. And this is not small business how? Pls put me in my place if I’m being dense.
