The NP said that BP was looking for statistically significant data in monotherapy and they have it now, said that CYDY next year will be worth $ 4, whether it is public announcement of the price they are asking for CYDY

Good news that the trial completed but interesting to see that 525 mg dose prevails and not 700 mg. Also what happens to high density CCR5 patients?

Here is my new timeline for mono approval - Q2-2022

Protocol approval and 1st patient dosing - Nov/Dec 2019

Completion of enrollment of 300 patients - Nov 2020

48 week completion for last patient - Nov 2021

Filing for label expansion - Mar 2022 (min 4 months from topline)

Monotherapy approval - Q3 2022

Assumes funds availability and good execution

If no of patients reduced to 200, enrollment time will go down by say 3 months

So unless there are other events that support funding and SP, this is a very long path
