The same percentage of dilution would occur whether an RS happens or not. In fact an RS would almost certainly drive the price down before and after the RS meaning an even greater percent dilution. Either organic growth to over a dollar or RS after excellent news is preferable.

The one positive from listing on NASDAQ would be some institutional investors who won't trade on OTC will trade.

SEC filings are monitored by the SEC. The only reason NASDAQ would step in is if Cytodyn's filings are out of compliance and Cytodyn's are not.

Have you seen the companies that they are competing with? Their outstanding shares are double or triple Cytodyns even after this next 100 million. All that is needed is non dilutive financing followed by revenue and this company is golden.
