What? I know of scams that have a mailbox and a physical address, yet they are undoubtedly scams.

I know that to be a fact, how? Because the SEC said so when they filed litigation against them for FRAUD.

Claiming they have a mailbox/address doesn't make SPRV "legit", there are scores of SEC actions against similar companies that had no intentions EXCEPT to sell billions of shares.

Smh...the address/mailbox claim is total nonsense.
