I’m guessing they’ll impose a fine upon Goldberg for the profits he gained as a result of the fraudulent PRs he made up for MEXP/INOH - promoters paid him hundreds of thousands of dollars to do so. Is that pitiful or what?
Also perhaps an Officer/director bar, plus a bar from participating in an offering of any penny stock.
It would be a great injustice to all those who were victims of this career-long conman, but I've seen similar types get a large fine (that they never paid), and merely a bar from participating in an offering.
What say you?
