I have personally seen the RECELL device and my opinion whether it matters or not is that the device is not complicated and not much cost goes into it and with that I see dermatologists all across the US having this product in the near future....Buy and buy now if you want to retire happy

True, what's been stated here would not be considered inside information since no precise info was disclosed. However, should his friend disclose info such as how many units are being shipped, that would be considered insider information. I imagine his friend signed a non-disclosure agreement and has been apprised of what the penalties may be.
