What's interesting are:

1)The FDA wants to stop only USRM's fat-based stem cell therapy-not the bone marrow-based stem stell therapy.
2)Nothing about rest of USRM's business (i.e.-training, etc.).
3)Its a civil suit, not a criminal suit.

Out of tens of thousands of stem cell treatments, only a dozen or so had negative consequences - that's probably less than the rate of OTC overdosing.

Hopefully the judge sees through this.
