Bullshit! Judge Kol/District Court IS NOT THE LAST LEVEL FOR DETERMINING TWO PATENTS, OF 21 PATENTS, VALID OR INVALID!!!! FEDERAL CIRCUIT LEVEL NOW, FOR THE APPEAL! HAD VPLM WON, IT WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN THE FINAL WORD! aapl, et al WOULD HAVE APPEALED!

VPLM $.022 Gee, VPLM still has a $44mm market cap, EVEN THOUGH ALL ITS PATENTS ARE INVALID??? The only value VPLM has is its patents...all its patents are "invalid", BUT IT RETAINS $44mm IN MARKET CAP??????? How can this be? What, is this totally due to the EU?

And, not all VPLM patents are involved in the aapl/t/vz/twtr case!!!! THE other aapl/amzn cases, involving FOUR OTHER PATENTS, are moving forward!

BULLSHIT!! That is exactly what it means. Claiming VPLM/SCAM patents are still valid shows a total lack of understanding of what a Federal Court Judge's dismissal means.
