Everything is a selling point with this company including the former NASA connection of one of the company officers.
If you have people as company officers with huge a reputation folks will want to interview them especially the financial TV stations like Bloomberg and CNBC. They’re personalities in their own right as well as company officers.
Those huge reputations will mean a lot when they sit down on TV and say what they think of their app and what it can be used with. People will pay attention to what they say.
I have also suggested to the company that they get user groups of different ages using the app, contact industries in which they think the app could be used in (my immediate thought was architecture), gaming companies is another obvious one and maybe even get some fantasy book writer to write a book describing/using the AR in the app which could quite likely be made into film.
You see the AR in this app is only limited to your imagination!
This app has much wider implications for applications to many industries as well, not just a fun game on a phone.
I’m sure I’ll come up with a lot more uses over the next few days as I think of what walks of life augmented reality could be used in.
For example say you were building a factory and wanted to see if the machinery layout you were thinking of using would be safe for those working there you could already iron out blindspots to make it safer or if you were going to install a new piece of equipment in a factory you could test how it would fit in from a safety aspect.
This application has huge potential for all manner of industries. I’m only scratching the surface as my imagination takes me there!
