It's boilerplate terminology used by most tech companies. In Activision's case it's very misleading because they know and have known for sometime, ever since Worlds sued them, that a material event is hanging over their heads. Possibly billions as their own lawyer stated in court. Worlds lawsuit should be of record in their filings.(IMO)
