The summary of the new FS showed a month by month estimate of CAPEX charges. Month 5 has a big spike for "Owner's Expense." In the video Scott Honan said "that spike is when we expect to actually purchase the land." Even if the Big F was June 1 that would be October for land purchase. In most years soybeans would be harvested before that and corn around then. I live near Fremont- lots of corn being planted, no beans yet.
