Well, no...you are incorrect on all points.
This scummy crew issued identical PRs about signing up distributors in their last scam, Rocky Mountain High Brands, as they do here in their new scam.
This is most certainly not a "different" product, it is IDENTICAL. They had the identical products - CBD drinks, mystical spiritual Indian waters, CBD drops, the whole shebang.
They also "sold" to a consumer market. They sold (poorly, but an attempt was made) on Amazon, and signed up dozens of Mom & Pop operations. They issued endless PR about selling in 7-11 and various other convenience stores. Of course it was all a sham, and sales were abysmal. Just like here.
They ALSO issued a video of their manufacturer "cranking out" product.
The playbook so far is IDENTICAL. Anyone looking at the history of Rocky Mountain High can see that.
Sales will not explode, but the dilution will. Never forget, the only real product here is shares.
