So, this was written by an INSM lawyer to summarize why judgment should be entered in INSM's favor and was submitted to the judge for consideration or will be submitted to the jury for consideration? or is it just lawyer paperwork as part of the process and trial requirements. Thus, although the document is convincing and interesting, its context and use is what's lacking and really matters as to it significance.

Can you elaborate on the documents purpose, use, and audience?
