Keep fearmongering. 3.2 billion dollars lost(yearly) collectively in just the state of California. Im pretty sure they will pay whatever they need to save losses, LOL. Also, the utility decides if the computer is a "cyber security asset" not the government, which doesn't have very much oversight. Still to this day, not ONE grid in America has suffered a power outage due to a cyber threat. Pretty good track record Id say.
