Will this alert stop the up list for now?

I'm not certain either way but I believe it could raise a red flag to FINRA yes.

The "alert", in and of itself, does not necessarily mean anything substantial enough to prevent uplisting. Basically, after application, if that alert is still there, they would just need an clear explanation as to why. There are multiple, innocent reasons that would not prevent the uplisting.
