Hi GCM, Re: Earnings Delay.............
Looking at the last five days of trading, yesterday stands out. Looks like there were rumors out there, but I've not seen any specific news. Yesterday closed with some heavier buying and this AM has been up a bit but no convincing volume.
A lot of my "value" holdings (dividends plus modest growth potential) have had a tough year to date. My REIT positions have been the best of this group YTD. The "growth" side had done better in general.
In the mean time I've been collecting rent in the form of dividends which I don't mind.
