I don't think so, I think people are realizing that the late filing and any subsequent adjustments will be balance sheet only, goodwill on asset side and paid in capital on liabilities and equity side, and having zero impact on the underlying value of the company.

And we know the Q1 report is going to be very good, with a possible profit.

I think we are about as low as we are going, jmho.

I know you are awaiting to get in at the lowest price as you mentioned you trade this stock. I don't see this hitting 5s before earnings. If at anything, I think this will head up before the announcements in anticipation of positive earnings especially after the recent downward pressure.
