Merely following the T/A which is a helpful tool.
Bare in mind that the Overbought Reading doesn't necessarily mean that the stock moves down. To correct an O/B or O/S condition a stock can simply move sideways over a period of time, pull back, or even stay Overbought for awhile.
The market is forward looking as you know. And the px is what the market perceives it to be worth at the moment. . Thus the discounting mechanism.
So; $.64 or $.70 is meaningless as a current value. If they deliver and the market perceives they will, it'll be worth multiples of current price . I'm in that camp as you know.
If they don't , the market will let us know and punish the stock more than it has.
T/A could provide clues as to what the market WILL do.... before it does it.
