Ithe Allegations of fraud here are concerning LDSI’s rights to the Vastech patents. It’s not an accusation of intellectual property theft against the officers of LDSI , because they do control both companies. The issue is the claim of transfer of those patents to LDSI from Vastech because LDSI stock was used to secure the investor’s interests. And if LDSI does not own those rights, then LDSI stock is worthless. I don’t believe that this was an intentional act of fraud. I think this deal was probably done in good faith, but possibly prior to submitting documents necessary to transfer the patents from Vastech, to LDSI. What is needed here is for LDSI to get compliant, nd complete the transfer of Vastech holdings over to LDSI.
