Yes so am I, around of mid August it will be the max time to take them to complete all the 10-Ks going by each 10-k taking them 12 weeks, before that I am not questioning the company.

If Mark is anticipating releasing financials based on a legal event, we will be waiting a lot longer than August. It is suicide to attempt to predict judicial timing. Now the financial timing could be based on the courts clock, followed by Mark's clock? That can could be kicked down the road forever probably. Damn. MikeCr could be correct.
