Hey Owl, I wish I still had dm. I reached out to Nevada SOS. I emailed and called. On the call she said she didn’t see anything regarding renewal on Gifx. Today I received an email response from Nevada that said Gifa did not submit their officer list and they are now considered Default Pending. I forwarded that email to Aul and he just replied back that they are aware of it and it is being taken care of. He also stated that legally it’s not significant.
So I will trust Aul. I was ready to sell it all tomorrow but will not do so now after hearing from Aul.
