Good to know. So, the terms of this note are not so clear. Can they exercise now, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 etc. years from now? I'm guessing here. Been doing that a lot today. But, I digress. Why doesn't someone tell them to convert now? Why wait until $10/ share? ;)-
