Shouldn't there be official news of a halt?

My hunch would be that are seeing nothing more than some reporting glitch - if anything. If there truly was a halt there would be a significant reason - good or bad. If there was a significant reason there would be a lot of shares traded and a large more in one direction or another as secrets cannot be kept. I see us at less than 1/2 our normal daily volume and up 2 cents. I doubt this is anything at all.

BUT........ If they wanted to announce we won the En banc at any moment I'd go for that!!! lol.
