Gers. Your timing could have been better as most of us long timers Bought in @ .0003 or better! Believe me, it may take quite a few months, (Completion of Appeal,) before your average cost will be reached! There must have been something positive about Gers if you bought-in at such a high price? It would be nice if you tell us what POSITIVE got you hooked?

Maybe it was talk regarding the mediation, which suggests that the Defendants might have wanted their Penalties reduced? It might also suggest that they admitted wrong doing in the first place? But let me tell you one thing, a few years from now, $.05 or $.06 cents will be nothing in comparison to the PPS potential once everything settles down! Just sit back and wait it out like the rest of us? Just accentuating the Negatives will just make you sell-out before the Company matures! In this field, a settled mind is mandatory as this Co' started out with maybe 95% negatives having to be faced? We have reduced that number quite a bit over the years! Right now, the prospects for a Positive outcome of the Appeal possibly runs around 60-40% in favor of Gers, but with all the information having to be studied by the Judges, it might take a couple of more years more before this thing concludes? Better to approximate a later time that a sooner time, as then we won't be disturbed so much as time stretches into the many months or years?

A victim of bad timing, but we all made such mistakes at one time or another! I sold out early in both my winning picks because I just couldn't wait it out any longer!! GLTA..
