I just like to call it like I see it. I have a vested interest to see the Company succeed but too many warning signs lately. When and if they uplist isn't going to save the Company with poor leadership at the top and in a debt spiral where they can't possibly ever become a profitable business. I hope I don't take a bath here (or my fellow shareholders) but it's more possible now than it was 6 months ago. Of course, all opinions. GL

I’ve said this before. Don’t you think it’s worth looking at 10-k and Q1 before jumping to conclusions? A lot has happened since our last financial update wouldn’t you say?
