In all my years of investing, I never found that this was any meaning full sign. If you look at all the literature out there, they all agree that insiders sell for many reasons. But they only buy for one reason. Still, buying isn't much of an indicator either. Insiders sell on big caps, small caps, and micro caps. I even sold 99% of my shares, only to come back with 30% of my original position over the years. And these guys owe me 7,000 more shares, so I don't care what opportunities come my way. I get more or instant grat. No matter how the cards fall, the wind is on my back.

Selling a scam stock is different. But HLIX isn't a scam, so I wouldn't worry about it. I would just try to value HLIX, which is easier said that done. Vincente Fox is my number one reason for being here at this time. Everything else is icing on the cake.

Change is chaotic. All these things being integrated. I know HLIX started out with its own software. Then they bought a software company in South America somewhere. So they have their own tech support team to integrate all of this, like my company has its own proprietary software which is a competitive edge. Now we bought another security firm. I can only imagine TAN is going through what I've been going through the last 6 months. Tough change, but I finally love my new software better. Corporations have to all get on the same page, and change is hard. There will be volatility in the stock and in the office. People get mad, leave. Just like stock holders. Those that stay are recognized and reap what they sow.

And next week, my friends officially join me. I hope those girls tidy up the place around here, that's all I have to say about that. I just want our Christmas party to be at Dave and Busters. I need to cast my vote now before they have a chance to have a voice. You got to be pro-active as my boss says!

Submit your question to mgmt. for the conference call. Why not go right to the source? How hard is that?
