I've been in since around 6/16. First liked NVTR due to the spin-off, Greenblatt aspect/rationale. Also optimistic about the companies prospects/product and experienced/incentivized MGMT, along with MGMT buying on the way up. Haven't sold any shares since the beginning (mistake in hindsight of course). Still think they'll eventually get bought out - but with these missteps, the pending dilution will greatly dampen the potential return.
