Late filings, a huge R/S, minimal communications to shareholders, all has contributed to lack of confidence in the investment community. A CEO who manages to take a stock from a couple bucks to .0003 has also kept potential investors away. Maybe they could do another R/S which will make the share price higher (sarcasm). Right now that's all I see they can do to get to a higher share price. Oh, I keep forgetting- "Bob's a great CEO". If my shares (miraculously) get to $10 bucks a share I'll give him some credit, right now he's been terrible and please don't tell me and board he did it before--that was then, this is now and sometimes lightning only strikes once.
