True, and the vast majority of money managers can't buy OTC stocks. I wouldn't have touched this with my fund back in the day regardless of my positive view of the outcome. That is trillions in possible funds that can't own the GSEs at the moment. The OTC world is truly the wild west in equity world, and we need to relist on the NYSE.
