profit taking is to be expected....

and I personally don't think we get any news

today with regards to AMZN, at this point they

likely want to argue there point and want to hear

judges opinion..... then its a waiting game til

May 22 (or was it 29th) which is the last date

for possible settlement.... if nothing by then,

then it will likely go to trial & we hopefully

hear something by end of yr
