Possibly the same entity buying and selling, easy possibility, but thats the problem with the level 2. Unless you know who is doing the trade, how trades are routed, and exactly the total amount of shares each mm has, its a crap shoot trying to figure it out. I would argue its easy to run a scam, step by step with many unverifiable information that will believed by the masses.
