I took the purchase as a signal.

Since joining Vivos, Korenko has recieved the bulk of his compensation in shares. At this point, if he's placing a retail order for common stock, subject to the same effects as the rest of us, it says something about his intentions and the state/ position of the business.

We all know there are laws preventing insiders from making certain types of statements and releases of information.
Some kinds of communication are more subtle than others, I believe this is one of those.
