Do you expect them to sell off a HUGE chunk of assets to pay the Debt? That is laughable.

This reminds me of Kodak. Everyone thought because they had so many assets, they were golden. Its laughable to think a company will dwarf itself by selling off a huge portion of the company, unless forced. They ended up canceling shares all together. Yes, they can do this in bankruptcy, "for the good of the company".

They have an obligation to the company before all else.


That's why you will see them raise capital by an offering, which will slaughter shareholders with massive dilution.
